Back in 2019 we designed a brand for a new architectural practice, Manning Holden Architects. The Matlock based business, set up by Anna and David Manning primarily works on residential projects within the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park. Working on conservation architecture with a backdrop of beautiful countryside we thought it was only appropriate that their brand represented the location that has such an affect on the projects they design. The logo is designed to be simple, easily recognisable and invoke a feeling of construction. The logo is then married with appropriate material and colour backgrounds, like the beautiful grey Derbyshire stone that is so synonymous with the area.

Absolutely fantastic to be back in the studio today. As a flexible business we've always embraced some home working. Zoom and Microsoft Teams have been more useful than ever during the pandemic, but sometimes there's no substitute for seeing people face to face. So pleased to be back and be able to offer in-person meetings to clients that would like them (covid measures still in place obviously). We hope to see you soon.
