60 mins - £15
1 hour of bank-side or on the water coaching either on the Winfield pool or whitewater course covering all aspects of your technique with a view to offer guidance and coaching to get the improvements you desire. An additional £10 per person if you prefer to work in a group environment. No equipment provided.

90 mins (£25)
Full Course Walk, Mental rehearsal, Warm-up advice, session splits ,run-by-run feedback, debriefing.

60 mins (£20)

Full training plan consultation and design including session ideas and plan, gym training information, nutritional advice, cardiovascular fitness ideas all tried and proven by myself or scientific data. I intend to purchase a camcorder to enable video feedback via laptop post-session in the near future.
