* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or significant financial experience
* Ability to interpret financial statements and communicate clearly
* Strategic thinking and sound judgement
* Commitment to our mission
* Charity finance experience is desirable but not essential – we can provide training.
