Men... it's Mental Health Awareness Week...so why not join us for Talk Club at Poppy and Pint Pub in Lady Bay this evening (13/05/26).

It's a chance to come together, chat about what's on your mind and share ways to improve how you feel. It's free...just turn up. It's confidential and no judgement.

Starts at 7pm.

Talk Club is back next week at Poppy and Pint Wednesday 13 May 7-9pm.

It was our last Talk Club (for now) at Robin Hood & Little John Pub Arnold last night. Thanks to all the men who have prioritised their mental health and walked through the door over the last couple of years 🙌💙

We're still looking for a volunteer(s) who would be interested in leading the group in the future.

In the meantime this page will go a bit quieter, I'll pop a few signposting resources up over the next few days.
Talk Club will still be running at The Poppy and Pint Pub, Lady Bay, on the second Wednesday of the month - 7-9pm.

What's a "Captain"?

Well, a Talk Club Captain, is the man who runs a Talk Club. Captains are the lifeblood of the community, and as Talk Club grows, we need more.
So, are you male and over 18? Would you like to help other men, while looking after yourself? You'1l be trained and supported. You' ll be appreciated and included. It's a voluntary role, but you will benefit from being in a safe, positive community, where you can be yourself.
So, if you'd like to be part of the solution, get in touch. I can tell you a bit about our established group and connect you with Talk Club HQ for training and support.
