First Saturday session this morning and we had a full house people!!!!

Normally I take the stalker photos from my shoulder as the group are training but today was the day we needed to have a proper photo and celebrate all the hard work that was put in this morning 💪🎉🔥🥊

Loved, loved, LOVED this morning and even had a small visitor stealing my gloves 💙 I use a MyZone belt to track my workout and I didn’t work as hard as everyone so can you imagine the calories you can burn in this 45 minutes! 🔥 See you all on Tuesday at 7:15pm
