33 weeks of working with Rebecca! 🀯 I am beyond proud of her!!
Here’s how we started πŸ‘‡πŸ»
Training 3 days a week (2days on her own and 1 with myself) following a program, goals and habit building while building confidence to use the equipment in the gym. She wanted to create a more sustainable way of weight loss and keep it off for good!

Now she’s training 4 days a week comfortably on her own while following a program and targets.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» lost 6kg
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 16cm off her waist
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Dropped a dress size
πŸ‘‰πŸ» 7% body fat dropped
πŸ‘‰πŸ» strength and fitness improved
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Eats out and still drinks alcohol
πŸ‘‰πŸ» built the confidence in herself in and out of the gym!
There’s so much more to say!!!

It’s still only the beginning πŸ₯³ we’ve worked around holidays, Christmas, Easter, life events and so much more and she’s smashed it!!

As we’re approaching the weekend and the food shop will be underway…

Here’s 5 tips for a successful shop πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ₯—

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Always have a plan B option for if they run out of stock or don’t have what you are looking for, this can help prevent panic buying or giving up.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Avoid shopping when you’re hungry as you can either end up buying food you don’t need or having that cheeky snack in the car that you forget to track πŸ€«πŸ‘€
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Drink water before hand or even take it with you on your way round
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Swap out any trigger foods you have to a healthier alternative.

Shopping doesn’t have to be overwhelming or complicated but it can also save you money and stop wastage in the long run too!!

Charmain has smashed it!!

She trained with me 2 days per week and attended on her on for the 3rd session for consistency and accountability!

Her weight has maintained but body composition, fat reduction and strength has increased and changed!
