33 weeks of working with Rebecca! π€― I am beyond proud of her!!
Hereβs how we started ππ»
Training 3 days a week (2days on her own and 1 with myself) following a program, goals and habit building while building confidence to use the equipment in the gym. She wanted to create a more sustainable way of weight loss and keep it off for good!
Now sheβs training 4 days a week comfortably on her own while following a program and targets.
ππ» lost 6kg
ππ» 16cm off her waist
ππ» Dropped a dress size
ππ» 7% body fat dropped
ππ» strength and fitness improved
ππ» Eats out and still drinks alcohol
ππ» built the confidence in herself in and out of the gym!
Thereβs so much more to say!!!
Itβs still only the beginning π₯³ weβve worked around holidays, Christmas, Easter, life events and so much more and sheβs smashed it!!

As weβre approaching the weekend and the food shop will be underwayβ¦
Hereβs 5 tips for a successful shop ππΌπ₯
ππ» Always have a plan B option for if they run out of stock or donβt have what you are looking for, this can help prevent panic buying or giving up.
ππ» Avoid shopping when youβre hungry as you can either end up buying food you donβt need or having that cheeky snack in the car that you forget to track π€«π
ππ» Drink water before hand or even take it with you on your way round
ππ» Swap out any trigger foods you have to a healthier alternative.
Shopping doesnβt have to be overwhelming or complicated but it can also save you money and stop wastage in the long run too!!

Charmain has smashed it!!
She trained with me 2 days per week and attended on her on for the 3rd session for consistency and accountability!
Her weight has maintained but body composition, fat reduction and strength has increased and changed!
