A week of travel in pictures....a nursing home gig in Barnsley on Tues/ an afternoon party for the over 65s in Harrogate on Weds /an actual night out without singing on Thurs at a regular venue I sing at, watching a singer I've performed with / a care home gig on Fri in Nottingham with the cutest Xmas gizmo followed by a wild Mamma Mia night in Burton on Trent with women dancing on benches and tables / an 80s brunch in Merseyside on Sat with equally wild punters towards the end / and finally a Derby pub last night - where I bump into an old classmate from Leeds University decades ago - a blast from the past I definitely wasn't expecting!

Doncaster gig this afternoon - in an old rustic pub. 3 sets of 60s / 70s /80s. A punter came up to me and gave me a banana while I was singing. He must've known how peckish I was as I hadn't had time to get any lunch. It was a great afternoon with a lovely interactive receptive audience (I'm always very interactive). Currently in Wetherspoons in Doncaster - just finished a big main course but desperate for a pudding now cos I'm soooo hungry! I gave my all in that gig and my body knows it 😵‍💫. I'll try and remember what songs I sang....
