Lets talk self love 🤍...
Its such a massive part of being mentally healthy. There are many things you can do to improve yours but the main thing is to listen to your body and look after yourself.
This week I've worked on getting clear with my goals.
Putting in place a morning routine that gives me a great start to the day.
Getting moving because it feels good and taking away that pressure of working out to look a certain way.
Taking time for me each day and doing something I love.
Reintroducing a night time routine.
Eating well to give my body plenty of energy.

This is one of my favourite places to relax and unwind. Its super important to take time out for you especially when you have a busy schedule.
I've had a busy day and been fortunate to see some pretty awesome people followed with an afternoon reflecting and working on my business plan. I am aiming to start to post more and be able to bring some exciting things your way.
But for now I am going to put on a podcast and enjoy this wonderful whirlpool bath bath 🛁 🤍🌿

Almond pancakes
Theres so many different variations I do of these but this is 1 if my favourites with banana, blueberries and pecan nuts and a little drizzle of maple syrup.
