As January comes to an end and Veganuary wraps up, it’s been really uplifting to see the buzz around plant-based food and more vegan lifestyles everywhere! 🌱
It’s also had me reflecting on my own experiences and what inspired Vegang.
Vegang is a brand and communication campaign that I designed to support people who are curious about going plant-based, without pressure, guilt, or the need to be “perfect”.
It includes a starter pack of simple, supportive info (hello Vegang Guide 👋) and a community where people share their real experiences from the wins, the challenges, and everything in between! Just support, encouragement, and small steps towards better choices for our health and the planet.

January doesn’t have to mean fixing yourself.
This year doesn’t have to start with pressure, reinvention, or a long list of things you’re supposedly getting wrong.
So much of what we see this time of year is telling ourselves that we have to do better, do more, work harder, change faster. But what if just turning up is enough?
It’s a looong, cold and dark month, be kind to yourself because you’re already doing enough!
