This is PAUL. Paul has just smashed his first 10kg weight loss so I headed up to Northampton to bang a session in with him, eat some burritos and just generally catch up!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Paul's been absolutely killing it, monitoring his nutrition closely without obsessing, enjoying regular Dairy Milks, living life and getting his shred on! and his strength has jumped up very nicely in the last 4 months too.

What are your END training goals?! 📈🎯
For years I've enjoyed working towards this concept of 'Maximum Muscular Potential' - this is a working theory not solid science but it might help you sort out an end goal!
HEIGHT IN CM minus 100 is proposed to be a rough estimate of the most muscle you could genetically attain at STAGE READY body fat. For me that would be about 80kg at 4-5% body fat. I currently weight 82kg, at about 12-14% body fat. Let's say 14%, I've enjoyed too much Jack Daniels recently 👀
So at 14% body fat I have 11.5kg of fat. To get to 5% I'd need to lose roughly two thirds - 8kg 🤯. At that bodyfat I'd weigh 74kg currently so IN THEORY it may be possible for me to gain another 5-6kg of muscle if my training and diet was bang on! So there's my end goal to chase!
