Starting the morning of with strength and technique then moving to talking all things menopause, menstrual cycle and creatine.

🚴🏻 Unreal day exploring the national park on a 3 hour bike ride covering over 15 miles.

Then Back to the gym for another high intensity workout before hitting the beach for some well deserved team relaxation. 🌊
