This Beautiful wooden effect tile in herringbone pattern completed with Sharp Finish Tiling.

This was a newly built cala house so all of the 45m2 floor had friction mat placed down first to protect from any settling which will always be the most dramatic in the first 2-3 years of a house being built. I think you will all agree the final result was amazing and with great planning we didnt run into any horrible cuts despite the tile running into 5 seperate areas all connected at different points.
