We've become a little obsessed with tequila.

Not the kind that leaves you regretting your life choices the next morning, but the kind that's fresh, complex and deserves far more attention than it usually gets.

That's exactly why we've made it the star of this month's Bottomless experience.

Throughout July, Tom and Eve will be serving ten cocktails created exclusively for Bottomless Tequila Month. You'll find everything from a crisp Tommy's Margarita and a refreshing Paloma to our Orchard Sour, Agave Mai Tai, Maple Carajillo and Frozen Blueberry Margarita.

You'll have 90 minutes to enjoy as many as you like, with one of our British Charcuterie & Cheese Boards included to share between two.

Available Thursday to Saturday throughout July.

£45 per person
£10 deposit secures your booking.

We've had a lot of fun creating this one, and we think it's one of our best Bottomless menus yet.

A little behind-the-scenes moment from service.

This is The Goldfinch, one of the newest additions to our menu for 2026. Drambuie, Amaretto, peach and citrus, finished with a light Sarti Passionfruit Foam.

The final touch is always our favourite part. There’s something very satisfying about watching that foam being added just before the drink heads out to the table.
