Today so far has been one of those days where everything comes together across the board…

From our weekly networking meeting through to a full schedule on site, the whole team has been working hard across multiple sectors to help clients move their design ambitions forward.

So far today has included:

🔹 Surveys for extensions, outbuilding conversions and a new garage
🔹 A commercial community hall reconfiguration
🔹 Land survey work for a new building plot
🔹 A full bungalow survey ahead of a complete renovation and wrap-around extension

And that’s just out on site…

Back in the office, the team has been just as busy:

📐 Farm diversification master planning and massing studies of unworkable land
📐 Resolving a complex planning situation for a play centre, stepping in to take over a mismanaged planning situation, keeping the centre operational and proactively working to secure the correct permissions
📐 Preparation of a full planning application for a new dwelling in East Lindsey
📐 Onboarding new clients with some great projects, including theatre alterations and a wellness facility & gym within an existing caravan park, expanding the amenities on offer.

It’s a great example of what a joined-up team can deliver, covering everything from early concepts through to planning and delivery.

Not a bad view to start the day at Waltham Windmill Golf Club

Another early morning well spent at our Nexus BNI Grimsby - Business Networking meeting. Plenty of great conversations, strong connections, and a solid breakfast to kick things off.

It was also great to see Jack's CPRS - Grimsby Ltd. Accident repair Centre showcasing his business.

Networking like this plays an important role in building relationships and supporting other local businesses, alongside developing our trusted network of partners here at Ryland Design.
