The Market Rasen Wellbeing Hub offers a range of free, friendly groups throughout the week where you can connect with others, access peer support, enjoy activities, and find the right help for you.

🗓️Weekly sessions include:

• Monday – Shine On (1 pm - 3 pm)
• Thursday - Shine On (9 am - 11 am)
• Friday – Shine On (1 pm - 3 pm)

Whether you're looking for support for yourself or someone you know, we're here to help.

Youth Club Nights are open to all 11-17s in the area.
This summer the weekly club is continuing on FRIDAYS 7-9pm right through the summer holidays too including some sessions booked in at Market Rasen Leisure Centre ( see the summer programme) as well as the rest held at the usual venue of Market Rasen New Life Church Centre. It's a safe, friendly and spacious place for young people to chill out ( quite literally in the hot weather since we have AIR CON).
Pool, table tennis, karaoke, darts, board games, crafts and much more.
Oh yes, and don't miss the end of term BBQ on July 24th.
Run by DBS checked volunteers. Entry is free.
