Often we seek short term and instantaneous pleasures outside of ourselves to mask an underlying disharmony. When we do this we always miss the mark. Joy is a much deeper sacred sensation that is akin to Love. This is found only when you are truly at one with yourself. Learning to have complete acceptance of who you are right now, what you have right now, and being present in the moment will open up the true door to health and happiness.
