Proud Baker Moment! 🍰✨
After nearly 30 hours of work (and battling this heat!), I'm absolutely chuffed with how this wedding cake turned out! It was super challenging, but so worth it.

* Bottom Tier: Four indulgent layers of rich fruit cake with apricot jam and marzipan, all dressed in a beautiful peachy pink fondant. Huge thanks to The Green Life Pantry for the fantastic fruit & cake ingredients!

* Top Tier: A light and zesty five-layer lemon sponge with lemon curd, lemon frosting, and a buttercream finish, wrapped in more of that lovely peachy pink fondant.

Decorated with stunning fresh flowers from Willow & Wildflower and what felt like a million edible candy balls for that perfect sparkle! ✨

Now, onto 120 cupcakes for the same client! Wish me luck! 😅
