We’re thrilled to announce that our founder, Jillian Alexander, has been named a finalist for the Enterprise Vision Awards 2026 in the Not for Profit category⭐️

Since its founding in 2023, .bou.nd has been transforming the lives of modern slavery survivors in Manchester. Inspired by Jillian’s experience as a first responder, Unbound’s Transformational Programme empowers survivors to move beyond victimhood and become architects of their own futures. Through tailored coaching, skills development, and personal empowerment, dozens of survivors have already achieved lasting impact.

Over the next three years, Unbound plans to support at least 200 survivors annually, expanding its programme across Manchester with new coaches, workshops, and partnerships; creating a scalable, survivor-centered model for sustainable change through the Unbound Framework.

Jillian’s visionary leadership combines legal expertise, frontline experience, and a deep commitment to justice. Her work through Unbound has already been recognised locally and nationally for its innovation and measurable outcomes, and this award nomination further highlights the transformative impact of women-led social enterprises.

Please join us in congratulating Jillian on this incredible achievement! Her dedication proves that with the right support, survivors can reclaim their power and shape their own stories💛✨

Kitchen Equipment Pickup 💛

We are beyond grateful for the amazing experience we had with our recent kitchen equipment pickup 🙏 Thanks to the dedication and hard work of our incredible volunteers, we were able to gather and transport essential kitchen equipment to those in need; making a real difference in the lives of modern slavery survivors.

Through the Unbound Programme, we are committed to empowering and supporting those who have experienced trauma, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. This initiative aligns beautifully with our mission: to provide survivors with the tools and resources they need to regain independence and stability.

The outpouring of support from our volunteers truly reflects the spirit of community and kindness that drives our work. Every plate, every utensil, and every piece of equipment gathered isn’t just a donation; it’s a step toward a brighter future for the survivors we work with. 💫

Stay tuned for more updates on how we continue to support the journeys of those working toward a life beyond slavery. 🌟
