New PT packages!!!
Online 1 - £80 PCM for full exercise and dietary programmes. Weekly check-ins with the option for monthly video calls.
Online 2 - £120 PCM for all of above plus 1 in person meeting or training session a month.
1-1 Training - from as little as £20 per session either outdoors or at our private studio.
Buddy Training - from as little as £30 per session either outdoors or at our private studio.
