Easy street PT set themselves a challenge, 100km in 24 hours to raise £5000 for three charity’s parkinsonsuk jollyjosh1 and bridging the gap

With a core team of 7 and helped along the way by members who signed on to run, walk or shuffle their way around each stage the team smashed their target raising over £10,000 for these amazing causes.

CrossFit athletes from Sector 2 and MFR competed against the other nations and teams from the UN mission in Cyprus in the annual UN Sport Competition, with the British contingent of sector 2 made up of soldiers from and placing first in the CrossFit round and MFR coming in second - great results!
