📢 Quick Scheduling Update

As we head into our busiest time of the year, we're making a few changes to help keep projects running smoothly.

We'll be away for nearly three weeks from 21st July and, from experience, the weeks before and after our holiday are always extremely busy.

If you've got a design project in mind, we'd strongly recommend getting in touch sooner rather than later as availability is likely to be limited.

How our scheduling works:

• When we book your project, we reserve a dedicated design slot for you the following week.

• We need all your information, content and images by the following Monday evening to keep that slot.

• If we don't receive everything we need by that time, your project will move to the following week's schedule.

• If we still don't hear from you, your project will be moved to our Pending List.

• Once you're ready to continue, we'll book your project into the next available slot.

• We're always happy to reschedule if you need more time. Just let us know.

• Not providing the information we need is effectively the same as a no show, as we've already reserved that time and usually can't fill that time at short notice.

• If we don't hear from you for 30 days and no arrangements have been made, your project will be cancelled as per our inactivity policy.

These changes will help us keep projects moving efficiently and ensure everyone receives the turnaround times they've been promised.

Just a little heads up from us!

We're heading off on holiday in exactly six weeks' time. It might seem a bit extreme mentioning it this early, but over the years we've learned that the weeks leading up to and following our holidays are always our busiest time of the year.
