Meal ideas for the whole family, hormone balancing, packed with protein, all your good complex carbohydrates & good fats to keep you fuller for longer.

Remember it’s not a syn to have chocolate or a sliced banana as weightwatches/slimming world tell you. You can lose weight and still have your favourite foods just in a smaller portion. Save your treats but if you work out how many calories you’re actually eating and how many you should be eating this will help you reach your desired goals asap.

The easiest thing for you to do is plan ahead, buy some food weighing scales and weigh
-100g carbohydrates (cooked:pasta,rice, potato’s) 1-2 slices 1 wrap/ 1 pitta & wholemeal/sourdough bread
&
100g protein of choice (fish, meat, tofu, beans)
AS MUCH FRUIT AND VEG AS YOU LIKE.
& this can be eaten 3 times a day
If it comes from a packet and looks unnatural be careful as it’s probs pumped with emulsifiers/additives E numbers, sweeteners to mask sugar, seed oils etc but you can still eat them they’re not gonna have a massive impact on your body if it’s not eaten as often as whole meals. Look at your diet and see what comes from a packet and what is actually being cooked from scratch. Fall in love with nourishing your bodies with the right stuff that’s actually filling.
