Manchester Central Mosque - Victoria Park

As part of our Gateway to Islamic Essentials programme, we will be holding a 5-week short course on Tajweed titled Journeying Towards Light

This course will be delivered by M***i Saeed Ahmad Mujaddidi, Imam of Raza Jamia Masjid, Accrington.

The course will focus on improving Tajweed, refining Quran recitation, and strengthening our connection with the Holy Quran.

Course details:

11:00am to 12:30pm

Start Date: 19th July
Finish Date: 16th August

This course is for brothers only and is aimed at ages 12 and above.

The course will cover basic Tajweed rules, Tilawah through recitation, and practice of the last 10 Surahs, including Surah Fatiha.

The objective is to enhance our recitation of the Quran, improve focus in Salah, increase closeness to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta‘ala, and rectify common mistakes.
