We’ve recently completed a critical cooling system upgrade for a key UK food and drink client in Merseyside.

The project delivered cooling coverage to a hygiene-controlled production area during a carefully managed accelerated shutdown, minimising disruption to the client’s production schedule.

Using evaporative cooling technology, the new system provides a reliable, low-running-cost solution with zero GWP.

We carried out a sustainable HVAC upgrade at the Pendulum Hotel and Conference Centre in Manchester.

The installation was carefully planned to run during normal business hours, ensuring there was no disruption to the hotel’s day-to-day operations or its guests.

Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations, we delivered the installation of low-energy Daikin air conditioning systems, improving both efficiency and overall performance.

Alongside the system upgrade, we also modernised the Building Management System (BMS), replacing outdated controls with an advanced front-end. This now provides detailed performance insights and remote access, giving the site team greater visibility and control.
