WHAT IS A GCOLOGIST?
Put simply, a GCologist understands the positive impact people can make on a team, organisation or business outcome.

The GC Index® provides powerful insights from an individual, team, and organisation perspective. Interpreting the GC Index Personal Profiles and Team/Organisation Profiles and providing insight to individuals and teams in the right way requires an individual who can properly interpret the results. This is where GCologists come in.

I've been coaching leaders and facilitating team impact and strategy days for a while. Now, I can add a data-driven report to identify individuals and a team's energy for work for more cohesion and, ultimately, team and business success.

!....I was invited to participate in the Peer to Peer Group Mentoring programme where fellow mentors shared and grew and mentored each other. This programme was facilitated by Andy and the results for all participants were transformational.
