When we started designing in collaboration with (MSK) researchers, we asked people living with MSK conditions one question:
What would you want people outside of this group to know about living with an MSK condition?
They said:
π£ That MSK conditions affect everyone differently
π£ There's no 'one-size-fits-all' to managing MSK conditions, we want to see more examples of how others are doing it
π£ They wanted personalised advice about self-management & physical movement instead of general advice
Which is why, in collaboration with researchers, members from the Musculoskeletal Research User Network, and Your Rheum, we created to share personal stories of living with an MSK condition and to raise awareness of MSK research.
