Cannot wait to get back to our first Zoomocize class of 2024 tomorrow! Thanks to everyone who came to class last year and looking forward to seeing you all smash it this year. If you’d like to come and join us, you’ll be pleased to hear that tomorrow’s class is FREE! (It’s normally £5, half price 11-16 year olds with guardian.) So if you are a current Zoomocizer, a past attendee or just interested in trying out a new fitness class, it would be great to see you tomorrow for our fantastic fitness class. Just get in touch to book your space. Zoomocize welcomes everyone at our community class that is an all over body workout combining low impact aerobics, toning and a splash of dance moves. Done in a darkened room with disco lights and wands we take you through the decades of music that is sure to get you working up a sweat.
