• The cashback is paid into the app
• Consumer withdraws the refund to their bank

If the Government agree, how will it work for retailers:
• No integration whatsoever
• Simply add their Merchant ID in app
• As a participating retailer they are visible to consumers in app
• Consumer shops as normal, paying with their normal debit/credit card(s)
