Your limiting beliefs are holding you back
If you’re new here, I’m Jack Watson. Founder and Creative Director of Nonstop Branding Agency. That’s just a formal way of saying we build brands that make businesses stand out. Our work has helped companies generate millions in extra revenue, from tech startups to global names like Zara and Whop.
I started this channel because I didn’t go to design school. I had to figure branding out myself and I know most designers are stuck the same way-doing low-paying work, guessing at strategy, and failing to convince businesses of their worth. I’m here to fix that
How I got here:
18: Skipped university and took a corporate job as an auditor.
19: Built my first business running nightclub events in Manchester’s rave scene.
20: Started selling graphics after DJ’s wanted the same designs I made for my own events.
21: Liquidated my events business after COVID. Went all in on design and made my first £20,000 month (~$25,000). Quit my 9-5 as an accountant.
22: Designed for global brands like Zara and Jägermeister whilst landing sponsorships with Adobe, Framer, and Formula One.
23: Lauched my branding agency (nonstop) making £15,000-£50,000 a month from identity projects, with ongoing retainers for companies like Whop.
24: Bought an office in central Manchester, continuing to scale the business into something much larger than myself.
Keep grinding.
