The ThreeSixty Entertainment Group, based in Oldham UK, is an independent, multi-faceted Entertainment company providing a complete touring solution to live music industry. This job is perfect for someone with a passion for live music and a keen interest to gain insight into the live music industry.
What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be dealing with all office administration and artist logistics, whilst supporting the agents and artists. You will also be the first point of contact between artists, managers, and promoters from the point a booking is confirmed to completion of the event.
The main areas you will be handling are:
• Travel logistics
• Itineraries
• Accommodation
• Artist support
• Rider updates
• General tour administration
• General office administration
• Filing
• Basic Bookkeeping using Xero
• Updating tour accounts
• Use of online systems and Microsoft packages
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
• Business Administrator level 3 apprenticeship
• 20% off the job training
• End point assessment
• Maths and English functional skills if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A full-time position will be offered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Potential to pursue a career in the live music industry as an office administrator for the suitable candidate.

As part of the Governments Kickstart scheme, IFA is looking to hire two dedicated and passionate individuals with a keen interest in the Music Industry and/or Live Events sector.
IFA is an independent music artist talent agency based in Oldham, Greater Mancheser, specialising in the booking, representation and promotion of various Hip-Hop artists worldwide.
IFA work on a day-to-day basis liaising with promoters and managers to book and organise world class tours and shows for globally recognised artists, as well as up-and-coming acts too.

The role:
You will assist one of our booking agents, helping to identify and organise potential bookings for the artists via usage of social media, databases and event listings, primarily in the Hip-Hop genre. The role will require you to negotiate artist fees and contract terms, acting as a strong point of contact between the promoter and artists manager, from the point of booking until the show date itself.
Other day-to-day tasks will include general office administration, booking of travel/accommodation, identifying up-and-coming artists, updating artist riders and completion of contracts whilst directly communicating with artist and venue managers across the board.
On top of the above, we are open to adapting and developing the role to your specific skill set and interests in other areas. Three Sixty Entertainment encompasses the full Live Events package from Private & Corporate, to Merchandising, Media and PR. So there is a lot of room to grow and branch out into other complimenting areas of the company.
As well as fulfilling your day-to-day tasks, we want you to enhance the skills you're passionate about.
Therefor, the candidate may have little experience within music, but some experience in the Private and Corporate sector, Live Events, Design, Creative Media, Administration, Promotion, etc.
Candidates must show a clear willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
