After plenty of requests for open training sessions within our we have decided to open our facilities on a Tuesday evening from 5pm - 7pm £5 and you may start and end your session at any time within the 2 hour slot. We ask you to kindly follow our gym rules at all times and be and to other members DM for more

Unfortunately due to low uptake we have taken the difficult decision to cancel the Tuesday evening women only class. Any ladies planning to attend the class are more than welcome attend one of our other senior boxing circuit classes for something ⭐️new⭐️
