Full restoration of this decking. Several boards removed and replaced due to being soft and rotten. Then a soft pressure wash followed by a chemical clean as a preventative to reduce regrowth of the green slippy algae. The customer then wanted to protect their decking by adding 2 coats of high endurance paint that provides UV and water protection. Amazing transformation and the decking now looks as good as new. What a transformation….. the customer couldn’t believe the way it turned out, as good as the day it was laid a few years ago… this porcelain patio was covered in black algae spots everywhere, after a good clean a few chemical softwash treatments it came back to looking as good as new. I also gave the astroturf and fresh and odour treatment clean plus a heavybrush to getting looking good to give the rear patio area looking a great place to relax and enjoy the summer. Another deck repair due to the joists and decking being rotten and soft plus the same problem with the fence post at the Warren Holiday park.
