Today a troll landed on my DM’s, no pictures on his profile but a whole load of chat 🙄

I super lucky to have an amazing mentor in my auntie so I gave her a call and she reminded me to coach myself and for me to get to grips with why this man had pushed my buttons..

I came of the phone feeling better and worked on it, coached myself and realised his anger isn’t down to me, it was down to something he is battling in his own life..

So I thanked the universe for sending him my way and giving me a lesson..

Why am I telling you this and even talking about this 🤬 still ???

Because there’s a lesson to be learnt here.. If you take on someone else’s nasty OPINION (not fact) of you it will destroy you..

BUT

If you choose to let it go and realise what they say about you, says more about them, then nothing and no one can hurt you with their OPINIONS..

So thanks Martin babes, you just reminded me how powerful and strong I really am 💪

One thing I always make each client aware of, is, you subconsciously take other people’s drama / neggy vibes and life problems on.

BUT your taking all of these on while you have you OWN!

- Kids 100 miles an hours
- feeling like you put everyone first BEFORE YOU!

Did you start it for your self or for someone else??
