So sleep are you getting enough?
A lack of sleep gives you:
😴 decreased motivation to workout
😴 reduced muscle and energy recovery
😴 low productivity so when you are getting things done you just aren't getting it done efficiently
😴 increased anxieties and stress at work, at home and at the gym
😴 increased calorie intake because you need that energy to get you through the day and I bet you aren't motivated or bothered to pick the best choices.
My members know that I'm more than just some guy giving you workouts, I look at all aspects of your life to help you on your journey. I understand that life gets in the way, there's things going on at work, at home, with those around you and I'm hear to listen and help you.
People think coaches are some monsters that just care about workouts and salad but I don't want to be that and my members know this. There's more to your fitness journey than calories and lifting weights and thats why in our programs we offer more.
