I visited this property in Aughton Ormskirk,
It was a very unique property with documents dating back to prior to the 1960s. There where several letters between the lady of the house and one of her sons who was in service across seas.

Back in October on twenty twenty-three I visited this property and the condition was in a decent state, decayed but tidy and in tact.

However several months ago I heard that the property had suffered a lot of vandalism and recently been on fire, however until weekend just gone I hadn't looked myself, (last few pictures show this).

I'm so saddened with the state it now lays.
Roof missing including windows and in a terrible state, I didn't even venture inside as you could tell the structure / building is now unsafe.

This is one of the reasons I do this hobby, as its great to preserve the memories in form of video, I always conceal the addresses, the memories and pictures are here, I'm just saddened by the sheer disrespect some people have for derelict property.

People steal from abandoned houses, people vandalise & some do arson, however I don't touch, I just document to preserve the history.

Yes I know it's trespassing, which I dont condone however it's my choice and my risk to do so,
it's a civil trespass not criminal.
