NEW MENU ITEM FOR EASTER!

To celebrate the long Easter weekend, I've added a special new dish to our menu - a Rose Harissa Wellington! Made of veg, quinoa and pistachios, with a lovely kick of rose harissa, and enveloped in flaky puff pastry, served with baby new potatoes in an aubergine and tomato zaalouk sauce.

Happy pancake day! Here at Homegrown HQ our favourite type of pancake is 'too many' and our favourite topping is 'too much of everything' (this picture was taken before I drowned the whole thing in maple syrup and chocolate sauce).

With two young kids I usually find myself with some ageing bananas that need using up, so I often use Lucy Watson's recipe for banana pancakes, they're so moist and thick and delicious and a great way to avoid food waste.
