Our facilitated arts and crafts groups offer a wide range of activities that are fun and therapeutic, such as candle making, quilling and canvas painting. Coping with life courses – Six weekly courses aimed at helping people cope with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Self-esteem, Anger and Assertiveness. Nature can sooth and there’s something satisfying in seeing what you've sown, grown. If you don’t have green fingers then let our garden grow some for you! Bake club – Delve into our kitchen and find a jar of new skills and a bowl full of satisfaction. Cooking and baking is a new found popular therapy for many. Give it a go and you too may experience the taste of sweet success. Recovery Groups – Our facilitated recovery groups allow individuals to share similar experiences allowing the benefit of peer support, whether giving or receiving it. Volunteer services – Are you looking to give something back to Mind, your community, or are you looking to build experience for future employment? From office work to peer support, we may have a suitable volunteer position for you.
