At the BBN - BB Networking group meeting we were treated to a 10 minute presentation by award winning company Acey Bookkeeping Ltd.
They recently won the 'new practice of the year' category at the LUCA awards.
The achievement seems even better considering there were 180 new practices launched! Mother and daughter team Lisa Pirie MICB and Anne Collins FIH MICB PM.Dip spoke about and the importance and benefits of having up to date accounts. They gave out some useful tips o help fellow members in the room improve their businesses.
Presenting to 40+ people in the room is a huge opportunity for them, and a real benefit to the attendees.

A thoroughly busy and enjoyable 1st meeting of the year for the Maidstone group. So pleased to be at our new venue with such a perfect space for us. Chris Garford kicked us off here with the inaugural presentation of 2024. These sessions are good to find out much more about the person, and the business, helping to build genuine relationships and aiding doing business together, what's not to love.
We've started with a real bang so now just a small handful of places remaining across the 4 Kent groups for this year in .

So that's the August silly season done with then, it's September and we are back to 'normal'. Have you been quiet, or not even here over the last month or so?
Here at BBN - BB Networking it certainly wasn't quiet, with attendances at our meetings across all four Kent groups remaining high.
