Hi I thought I would introduce or reintroduce myself! I am Allison the person behind Cakewise. I have been married to Chris who is my right hand man or official pot washer for 25 years!! I am mum 2 lovely children one at secondary school and another at primary. The first cake I made was 13 years ago for my daughters first birthday and have made numerous family birthday/wedding cakes since then. 4 years ago after being made redundant from my job as a PA I decided to take the plunge at start Cake-wise. In the last 4 years we have gone from strength to strength (excluding the last 9 months). Once the madness that’s going on at the moment is over and we get back to so called normality we look forward to larger celebrations.
I am very blessed to being doing a job that I love. I just love the whole process of bespoke cake making. I get excited by a new idea or a new request from a client.
