As much as we love making customers happy, we do not enjoy having to redo other garages very poor work, what’s most upsetting is the garages that charge huge amounts of money for an extremely bad job!
This Mercedes GLE came to us with a very upset & angry customer, who had every right to be as the vehicle had been put back together with 2nd hand parts, had major safety & fire hazards with electric cables just taped together & wrong paint being used.
When stripping back the vehicle, we found bolts missing & parts not even aligned properly.
When collecting his vehicle after we had spent a good solid week on it, it was safe to say the customers faith had been restored, that not all workshops are charlatans!
PLEASE do your research before taking your pride & joy to a workshop & ask to see proof of work they have completed, 10 minutes of your time could save you £1000’s & as the saying goes ‘Buy cheap by twice’

2020 Range Rover SVR, which has aluminium body panels nobody wanted to repair and most bodyshops wouldn't know how to, our customer was being quoted for replacing parts for new. This was not a problem for us & most importantly we want to save our clients money. We repaired the doors, wing & side step, saving the customer in excess of £2170 just on the parts.
