Meet our osteopath Pedro Borroto.

Pedro is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain. With a background in dance, acrobatics, and personal training, he has a deep understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and recovers.

His approach combines structural, cranial, and Visceral osteopathy to deliver treatments that support the body as a whole. Whether addressing injury, chronic discomfort, or movement limitations, Pedro focuses on identifying the root cause and restoring balance.

Working with a wide range of clients - from athletes to families - he provides personalised care and practical solutions designed to fit each individual’s lifestyle.

For Pedro, osteopathy goes beyond symptom relief; it’s about empowering people with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health, move freely, and maintain long-term wellbeing.

Osteopaths, therapists, clinicians & healthcare professions working with persistent pain 👇

We are launching a 6-day CPD programme in Pain Management designed to help you work with these cases more confidently, effectively, and sustainably.

This course is built around one core principle: the translation of theory into effective clinical practice.

Course Dates and Focus:

25–26 April - Theory
30–31 May - Assessment and Diagnosis
27–28 June - Treatment

Over three weekends, you will learn how to:

∙Understand pain beyond structure and
pathology
∙Identify nociceptive, nociplastic, and
neuropathic pain mechanisms
∙Reduce fear, avoidance, dependency
and passivity in your patients
∙Integrate hands-on care with education
and behavioural change strategies
∙Improve long-term outcomes in complex
cases

By the end of the course, you will have a deep understanding of the neurophysiology of pain, direct experience applying this knowledge in clinic, and feel more confident managing challenging pain presentations.

Places are strictly limited to maintain high-quality supervision and learning. If you are interested in joining us, we recommend securing your place early.
