s DJ’s Caribbean Limited now runs a total of 4 outlets. The company also runs a thriving and economical catering service with speciality in Parties, Christenings, Weddings, Work Lunches, Corporate/ Seasonal Events and Funerals. Their accounts include various charities, housing associations, and local council departments. From the wide customer base, suggestions were constantly put forward in regards to the company setting up a central host venue which would combine catering and entertainment. This would ultimately maximise the existing resources of good food, served by friendly staff with a personalised service. In acknowledging the contribution of their customers to their business Mr and Mrs Davidson decided to offer them even more value by responding to their requests. Not daunted by the inevitable pending hard work the couple got to the task in creating an appropriate site. They took over a Pub and transformed it to “Heritage Inn” which now includes a choice of 2 restaurants and a function room available for hire. Committed to Caribbean custom, the Rhum Bar and Restaurant now offers a wide range of traditional dishes and drinks which include rum, cocktails and beers. Heritage Inn, though a small family business prides itself on promoting the coming together of the wider family – its customers and friends – in an inviting and warm ambience.
