Thanks for sharing her recipe for Caraway seed and Orange shortbread, inspired by a flavour pairing from her new Flavour Thesaurus, More Flavours. Mine are more like thins than shortbread but they taste amazing - wonderfully crumbly, not too sweet and the combination of orange and caraway is a match made in heaven 😋

I can’t recommend this new cookbook by highly enough - it 100% lives up to its title. These really are recipes for everyday. I’ve cooked 7 dishes already - some of which I didn’t manage to photograph before my impatient family tucked in! My photos don’t do the dishes justice but they all tasted amazing and were fuss-free and what’s more, most of them were on the table in less than 30 minutes. That’s my kind of cookbook. Harissa-roast pumpkin and feta salad, Cod with mushrooms & cauliflower purée, Vegetable bajee burgers and Double chocolate oat cookies (cooked by my son) - all delicious and will be cooked again. Cooked but not photographed: Salmon & dill burgers with picked cucumber - insanely good - and the Self-saucing cherry and chocolate pudding served a generous dollop of crème fraîche - without doubt the best (and easiest) choc pudding I have ever made. Love this book 😍
