Sometimes, the reasons to keep a television at home simply fade away.

Elevation study for a hotel project, or how you make a massive facade look domestic by exploring rhythm, materiality, and a sense of quiet permanence.

What is experience? It is that knowledge that everyone acquires through studying, working, and living the good and bad in life. It increases with the passage of years; the more it gets richer and more extensive, the more life is wearing thin.

All your expertise, if kept inside your secret box of life, is something that won't help anyone else but you; it could turn into merely a personal point of pride or a trivial market asset. If we don't partake in it, it "will be lost in time like tears in the rain".

It has been a while since I started with the opportunity to share my professional experience with young students at the University of Westminster by working with them as a mentor.

The most engaging part about mentoring is what I can learn from the younger generations.

I had the honour of working with some incredibly bright people who helped me open a window into their world and life perspectives, allowing me to understand what the young generations of architects are concerned about, what they expect, and what their dreams are - dreams that we should help them realise.

The Future Ready Mentoring Awards Celebration was a great moment to share our experiences, engage in insightful conversations, learn from one another, and, why not, enjoy some delicious food accompanied by a sip of red wine.
