It started with a group of close friends and allies of the LGBTQIA community but I was too busy to keep it going. Now I am trying to broaden the scale by teaching all types and get better results by only teaching privately, in small groups and be able to have it work with my schedule
The classes will involve some warm up exercises to help build balance, strength and flexibility and focus mainly
