Over the weekend our Trustee Sam Jackson completed an epic event, running 118km in the Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge.

Thanks to almost 300 people who donated to his fundraiser, Sam has raised over £16k for Help Musicians.

This was not an easy challenge. It required endurance, long hours of training, resilience and a passionate commitment – similar experiences and qualities held by professional musicians today.

We are so grateful to Sam for dedicating his time to raise these funds which will directly support the wellbeing and career development of musicians of all genres across the country. Thank you, Sam!!

The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts for Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter has been published!

For over a century, Help Musicians has been a vital friend to musicians, helping them to navigate challenges and build sustainable careers. In 2025, more than 13,000 interventions were delivered, supporting careers, health and wellbeing. This would not have been possible without the generosity of donors, partners, and everyone who gives their time, expertise and resources.

As pressures on musicians continue to grow, the importance of Help Musicians work only increases. If you believe in a world where musicians can thrive, please consider supporting the charity.
