A global partnership for global travelers: A Rocha France and A Rocha Ghana are joining forces to protect migratory birds!

In 2025, teams from A Rocha France made two visits to Keta Lagoon to inventory bird species and train local teams in bird identification and monitoring.

As part of the ProBioDev project, A Rocha Ghana is implementing a new system to support local bird monitoring, promoting eco-friendly livelihoods such as birdwatching tourism, and supporting mangrove restoration and ecological farming.

We love seeing A Rocha organizations support each other! Through this joint effort, A Rocha is conserving critical habitats while building systems where human communities can thrive.
