🚩 Use a supplier who's a friend.
🚩 Have ALWAYS bought the old way.
🚩 Share your budget with potential suppliers.
🚩 Tell a supplier they've got the job even BEFORE discussing costs.
In most cases, these are red flags to poor buying.
