Before founding Dynamic Vines, Fred was a sommelier for 11 years including for Marco Pierre White’s group and at Roussillon and Orrery. We’re celebrating International Women’s Day by raising a glass to the talented winemakers behind many of our favourite bottles. Not simply because they are women, but because they are shaping the future of wine, challenging conventions, championing sustainability, and crafting truly exceptional wines with character and conviction.
We’ll be tasting the Power Palette Wine Box. A carefully curated collection of six exceptional wines that span colours, styles, and personalities. From sparkling to red, each bottle tells its own story and together, they form a full palette of flavour, elegance, and character.

✨ 2022 vintage from Emidio Pepe
A warm spring, late pruning, and timely summer rains shaped a rapid yet balanced growing season, with balanced ripening and vibrant fruit. An early harvest and the estate’s return to traditional hand-destemming helped preserve pristine berry character. The result is a collection of elegant, finely tuned wines that reflect this year’s unique conditions.
