Design for a premium tavern concept within an iconic luxury London hotel. The brief was to create an elevated pub with space for live music and a private dining/games room that had a connection to the unique history of the building.

Playful design for a lifestyle focussed fast casual brand, targeting energetic health enthusiasts with specific dietary needs. Brand language highlights the need for balance whilst mentioning key components.
